Our only white wine production for the past 10 years has been Viognier. We love the fruit and the earthy qualities that our barrel fermented Viognier provides. However, great Viognier fruit is difficult to find in the Pacific Northwest, so we are extremely selective.

The wines are aged for 4-6 months in small French oak barrels (100% neutral). We bottle only 50-75 cases of Viognier annually and the wine is currently only available to members of the wine club through the annual Viognier pre-sale email.
